1. How long does shipping take?

 

We process all orders within 3-5 business days. You can expect to receive your hair extension order in 5-7 business days and your custom wig order 10-14 business days after it has been processed. Please note that our custom units can take up to 14 business days for it to be shipped excluding the processing time.

 

2. How much hair will I need?

 

We suggest for 12"-14", 2-3 bundles, 16"-24", 3-4 bundles, for 26"-30", 4 bundles or more, and for 30" and up, 5 bundles or more.

 

3. How long will this hair last?

 

With proper maintenance, our extensions can last 2 years or more.

 

4. Can I lighten/dye this hair?

 

Of course! Our hair has not been processed at all. Once you color the hair, it is no longer raw/virgin hair so we do recommend going to a professional stylist for any of these services.

 

5. What's the return and exchange policy?

 

Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no return no exchange policy. Be sure to triple check your order and address when online shopping. Thanks for shopping!
